It consists of defatted soya flour of 52% protein, calcium, iron, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin amide and fiber. Wheat flour is limiting in essential amino acid lysine and sulphur containing amino acid. But soya flour is rich in those amino acids. So fortification of 10%-20% of Flomix with any common flour will not only increase the protein percentage by 5-10 but also qualitatively it brings the mixture in class-1 protein. Mixing with wheat flour the Roti / Chapati will remain softer for longer time.
